Terms of use
Last updated: 12 October 2026
postwerk is an internal tool of Maier Enterprises UG (haftungsbeschränkt) ("we") for planning, reviewing and publishing LinkedIn posts. These terms apply to everyone who signs in.
1. Who can use postwerk
Only people we invite. Access is personal and may not be shared. We can end anyone's access at any time, for example by removing them from the team.
2. What postwerk does
Team members write and edit drafts. A post is published to LinkedIn only after someone on the team approves it, at the time set, from the LinkedIn profile or page it was planned for. A profile can only be connected by the person it belongs to; a page only by one of its admins.
3. Your responsibilities
- Only publish content you are allowed to publish, and that doesn't infringe anyone's rights, including copyright, trademarks and privacy.
- Check every post before you approve it. AI-drafted text can contain mistakes.
- Follow LinkedIn's User Agreement and Professional Community Policies. postwerk never likes, comments or reposts on anyone's behalf automatically.
- Keep your LinkedIn account secure, and tell us right away if you think someone else used your access.
4. Availability
We provide postwerk as it is. It depends on LinkedIn and on our hosting provider, so a post can be delayed or fail; the app shows when that happens. We don't guarantee that postwerk is always available.
5. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are only liable for breaches of essential obligations, limited to the damage typical and foreseeable at the time. Otherwise our liability is excluded.
6. Data
How we handle personal data is described in the privacy policy.
7. Changes and law
We may change these terms; the date above shows the current version. German law applies. Place of jurisdiction, as far as legally permitted, is Berlin.
